I know this is a bit of a strange quote, but this is how I tend to maintain my sanity with the craziness in the world. I tend to believe Shakespeare that the world is a stage and we are all merely actors. When things start getting stressful for me, I look at it like life is a game and sometimes we are challenged but it’s not the end of the world. The only thing that is important, is what we take with us when we die. Mainly our spirit. Our accolades, possessions, success of our projects, are not really important. There are some rules. Any game has rules. Our relationships are important, but cannot be controlled to suit our own happiness. In fact, nothing can really be controlled except for how you think about it.
Does that make sense? It does to me.
